This is a sketch I did during December with the intent of painting when I could. With going on holiday, Christmas preparations and New Year I haven't been very successful. I managed to prepare a background today and will transfer the sketch and commence painting tomorrow (that's if I remember how!)

I see you are keeping up with the CED. I, too, am anxious to see how the painting process changes this. I'm sure your sister won't mind a little creative intrusion - she might even get in on the game.
This is going to be a great piece of art. Just the sketch is wonderful as it is, the painting is just a bonus. Happy New Year sweetie.

Aaahhh that is so cute...seems me and you were both on the same wave length in mother and child drawings in December Brenda...this would make a great Chyrissy card for this year
